Lead AI and data product development for Citi Investor Services clients, shaping financial solutions from prototype to commercial launch. Drive enterprise adoption of digital capabilities across client segments and markets.

- Own and advance the digital product platform roadmap.
- Connect technical capabilities and business plans to strategic priorities.
- Identify and deliver AI and data solutions for enterprise clients.
- Oversee product development from early prototype through commercial launch.
- Work with enterprise clients to test solutions, define needs, co-create products, and set expectations.
- Turn business and client needs into platform-level product specifications.
- Work with engineering and development teams to evaluate feasibility and set delivery priorities.
- Create launch plans for AI and digital products, including cloud data sharing and APIs.
- Drive adoption among target client groups.
- Coordinate launches across markets and tailor solutions to local regulatory requirements.
- Build partnerships across Sales, Technology, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Risk, and Legal.

- At least six years of digital product management experience, leading platform or AI product initiatives from concept through delivery.
- Experience building, launching, or scaling AI and data products or digital platforms.
- Financial services or FinTech experience is preferred.
- Experience working directly with enterprise clients or senior stakeholders to co-create and validate products.
- Able to manage expectations and present solutions with confidence.
- Working knowledge of data solutions, including APIs and cloud data sharing.
- Able to explain technical capabilities as value for clients.
- Strong understanding of AI, model risk management, responsible AI frameworks, and enterprise governance requirements.
- Able to influence and align stakeholders across a global matrix without direct authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- A master’s degree or advanced qualification in a relevant field is beneficial.
- Experience in Payments, Transaction Banking, Investor Services, or Capital Markets is beneficial.
- Experience with structured market research and turning competitive intelligence into actionable programmes is beneficial.
