  • Monitor TikTok and Instagram Reels trends and algorithm changes
  • Learn each client’s brand, values, customer avatars, and requirements
  • Prepare detailed creator script briefs covering B-roll and complete video concepts
  • Coordinate with prospective creators and build project teams
  • Choose and schedule creators for assigned projects
  • Quality-check video ad variations and submitted content
  • Give creators feedback on their content
  • Communicate directly with clients when needed
  • Support additional tasks assigned by the Product Manager

  • Demonstrated experience producing engaging creative content across multiple niches
  • Working knowledge of social media trends, especially TikTok and Instagram Reels
  • Ability to identify customer-avatar pain points and develop strategies for different niches
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, organizational, and time-management abilities
  • Ability to create concepts informed by current and anticipated trends
  • Reliable accountability, responsiveness, deadline management, problem-solving, and critical and analytical thinking
  • Growth- and results-oriented approach with the ability to accept and apply constructive feedback
  • Comfort working autonomously and managing time independently
  • Availability and responsiveness Monday through Friday from 3–6 PM BCN time
  • Stable internet access and a laptop or PC suitable for virtual video conferences
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Previous remote-work experience is an advantage
