- Manage administrative paperwork, contracts, invoices, payments, and related records
- Oversee daily office administration and coordinate with external vendors as needed
- Assist with employee activities and internal arrangements
- Monitor administrative tasks and follow up to ensure accurate, timely completion
- Take on additional administrative and operational duties as required

- One to two years of experience in administration, office operations, HR administration, or a related role is preferred
- Recent graduates and interns are welcome to apply
- Demonstrates care, attention to detail, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
- Comfortable communicating in English by email and chat
- Can work independently while managing multiple tasks
- Proactive and prepared to take ownership of daily responsibilities
