Lead actuarial support for self-funded EGWP clients through pricing, forecasting, Medicare Part D analysis, and book-of-business studies. Collaborate with sales, underwriting, clinical, and formulary teams.

- Assess Medicare Part D reform and explain its potential business effects
- Collaborate with Underwriting, Sales, and Account teams on complex new-business and renewal cases

- Conduct or oversee studies that establish assumptions for pricing models
- Produce accurate, timely, and high-quality analyses and recommendations
- Work independently while contributing effectively across teams
- Flag issues that may materially influence financial results and develop objective recommendations
- Use actuarial and analytical expertise to address business challenges
- Coach developing team members and contribute to team growth

- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 3 years of experience in actuarial work, statistics, programming, or relevant finance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Coding experience preferred
- Knowledge of pharmacy benefits and formularies preferred
