  • Work with users to capture, assess, and document business requirements
  • Help shape and prioritize development roadmaps
  • Design, build, and improve technology tools aligned with business needs
  • Validate solutions through testing and quality assurance
  • Create training materials and assist with implementing new solutions
  • Take an active role in Agile ceremonies and delivery activities
  • Help develop and advance technology solutions and models for the Corporate Actuarial Vice-Presidency
  • Support requirements analysis and end-to-end delivery of actuarial solutions for products across Beneva’s business lines

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science
  • At least three years of experience in insurance and programming
  • Strong interest in programming and emerging technologies
  • Knowledge of Python, SAS, and R, or the ability and willingness to learn them
  • Experience with or understanding of agentic programming
  • Knowledge of financial services and individual insurance products is an asset
  • Advanced spoken and written French
  • Working proficiency in spoken and written English
