Manage customer collections, account records, and payment solutions as an Accounts Receivable Associate at Uline. Support North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials.

- Oversee an assigned portfolio of customer accounts through phone and email communication
- Investigate overdue balances and work with customers to establish payment solutions
- Keep account records current by recording collection activity and customer communications
- Partner with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service, and Sales to reduce aging and limit bad debt

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least one year of preferred experience in collections, accounts receivable, or customer service
- Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused, solution-oriented approach
- Completion of a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening is required for all new hires
