Accounts Payable Analyst II - Lojas Renner (Hybrid, Porto Alegre)
Join Lojas Renner’s accounts payable team in Porto Alegre, supporting payments, month-end closing, performance metrics, and process improvements across Brazil and Latin America.

- Assist the Accounts Payable team with day-to-day responsibilities
- Process supplier payments across Brazil and Latin America
- Complete month-end closing procedures
- Prepare and track departmental KPIs
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency
- Provide management with updates on critical daily activities
- Oversee team processes to meet deadlines, prevent interest and penalties, and comply with company policies and procedures

- At least two years of accounts payable experience in large organizations, including supplier and tax payments, payment-file submission and review, bank reconciliation, rejection analysis, overdue-invoice review, issue resolution, clearing outstanding items, and handling protested invoices
- Experience delivering process improvements and automation initiatives that improve efficiency
- Experience preparing KPIs, metrics, and management reports
- Completed higher education or a technical qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Intermediate Excel proficiency, including formulas, data cross-referencing, pivot tables, and creating or using macros
- Working knowledge of Oracle EBS or another enterprise-scale ERP system is preferred
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and Copilot is preferred
