Accounts Payable Analyst II
Manage invoices, reconciliations, and vendor issues at Hanger, an orthotic and prosthetic services provider.

- Manage assigned vendor portfolios independently
- Process and validate high-volume invoices with limited supervision
- Resolve invoice discrepancies with Procurement, Receiving, and vendors
- Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on outstanding invoice issues
- Support Oracle testing, basic troubleshooting, and data validation
- Address moderately complex vendor inquiries
- Prepare and submit payment requests for assigned vendors
- Support month-end close by gathering accrual data and assisting with adjustments
- Contribute to workflow improvements and system enhancement discussions
- Guide Analyst I colleagues on routine tasks
- Maintain accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal controls
Талаптар
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 2–6 years of accounts payable experience
- ERP experience required; Oracle strongly preferred
- Experience reconciling statements and resolving discrepancies
- Valid driver’s license, or eligibility to obtain one, and a driving record that meets Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures
- Intermediate Excel skills; pivot tables and VLOOKUP preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and resolve disputes
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable best practices
- Clear, professional communication skills
