Accounting Assistant – Hybrid in Campinas
Handle bank, tax, payroll, and fixed asset reconciliations as part of an accounting advisory team. This hybrid role is based in Campinas, Brazil.

- Request and review monthly accounting documents, following up to ensure the required materials are received.
- Prepare, classify, and submit spreadsheets for companies’ other revenue.
- Classify, enter, and reconcile bank transactions.
- Review and reconcile tax integrations for client companies.
- Review and reconcile payroll integrations.
- Review and reconcile fixed asset integrations.
- Create tracking spreadsheets to monitor, review, and reconcile accrual accounts for insurance, property tax (IPTU), and motor vehicle tax (IPVA).
- Reconcile customer, customer advance, supplier, and supplier advance accounts.
- Establish opening balances for companies.
- Consult the accounting analyst for support as work progresses to help ensure quality results.
