Description
- Build roadmaps and define goals for digital transformation.
- Clarify priorities and surface dependencies.
- Prepare business unit workshops and coordinate follow-up.
- Track actions and connect specialists across disciplines.
- Document and map processes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Help implement AI applications and assess their value.
- Contribute to AI Powered Machinery, from strategic alignment through equipment optimization.
- Prepare concise briefings, presentations, and meeting notes for executive management.
- Support innovation initiatives and take part in discussions with technology and customer partners.
- Work closely with NEXT’s executive management and Digital Transformation team.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program such as industrial engineering, business informatics, business administration, or computer science.
- Some experience from student consulting projects, internships, or self-directed initiatives.
- Excellent command of German and English.
- Interest in industrial AI and an understanding of how AI is changing industry.
- Enthusiasm for innovation and readiness to put new ideas into practice.
- A fast learner who takes initiative and focuses on execution.
- Curiosity and the confidence to question and analyze complex issues.
- A collaborative, team-minded approach.
- Able to manage several topics at once, keep sight of the bigger picture, and set priorities.
