Description

  • Own the Citrix platform’s architecture, design standards, and lifecycle management
  • Provide technical leadership to clients and Charles River SaaS Operations teams for production Citrix infrastructure in the cloud
  • Partner with SaaS Operations and Engineering to support Citrix infrastructure for clients worldwide
  • Help resolve high-priority incidents and minimize service disruption
  • Contribute to root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions
  • Support client onboarding through environment provisioning, connectivity, service and identity integration, and security configuration
  • Maintain high availability through resilient architecture, monitoring, automation, and ongoing improvement
  • Develop and maintain Azure Citrix reference architectures and technical documentation
  • Lead disaster recovery strategy and validation activities
  • Work with Operations teams to improve support and troubleshooting workflows

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field, including Computer Science, IT, MIS/CIS, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • At least four years of operational experience supporting mission-critical production systems in an enterprise Azure environment
  • Expertise with Citrix infrastructure, including NetScaler/ADC, Citrix Cloud, StoreFront, Federated Authentication Service/FAS, and Cloud Connectors
  • Working knowledge of load balancing, DNS, SSL certificates, networking, SAML/Single Sign-On, and Entra ID
  • At least four years administering Microsoft Windows Server, Certificate Services, Microsoft Active Directory, and Group Policy
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills and experience using Azure Log Analytics
  • Strong customer-service orientation, attention to detail, and ownership of issues
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives
  • Citrix or Microsoft Azure certifications are preferred
  • PowerShell scripting experience is preferred
