Video Editor — Elevation Worship Records (Onsite)

Edit worship music videos and short-form content for Elevation Worship Records across live, conceptual, lyric, and social media projects. Manage single-camera and multicamera work through pre-production, production, and post-production.

Description

  • Lead post-production editing for the label’s artists and platforms, including multicamera live recordings, conceptual music videos, and lyric videos.
  • Collaborate with the social media team on short-form content from production through post-production.
  • Partner with creative and video directors to align each edit with the project’s vision.
  • Improve the team’s editing processes, creative output, and production efficiency.
  • Develop and manage camera setups, creative lighting, and set decoration with the team.
  • Deliver single-camera and multicamera video projects across pre-production, production, and post-production.
  • Support the Sunday worship experience either through the role or a weekly serving opportunity.
  • Adjust strategies and projects quickly to address weekend needs.
  • Maintain regular spiritual practices, including Bible study, prayer, and applying the weekly sermon.
  • Participate fully in projects, conversations, and team initiatives.

Requirements

  • Active involvement in a church through attendance, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community.
  • An online film portfolio.
  • Experience editing with DaVinci Resolve.
  • Understanding of and experience with multicamera editing.
  • A self-directed approach and comfort working within post-production workflows.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective time management and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience in a church, nonprofit, or purpose-driven organization is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of live production is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of multicamera film production is preferred.
  • Experience with After Effects is preferred.
  • Experience creating and presenting pitch decks is preferred.
