Description
- Assess policy change requests for universal life insurance and evaluate their effects on insurer risk and client tax considerations.
- Process, code, and review complex transactions within information systems.
- Complete accounting activities, including account and policy-value reconciliations.
- Support clients and advisors with individual universal life insurance policies.
- Develop contract illustrations and prepare customized quotations.
- Prepare financial analyses and administer complex arrangements such as Investment Loans (IRIS) and Collateral Loan Agreements (CLAs).
- Oversee collections and draft required legal documentation.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve complex cases.
- Review data and operational reports.
- Identify process improvements and help enhance related tools, systems, and software.
Requirements
- Demonstrated analytical ability with strong attention to detail.
- Takes initiative, works independently, and brings an adaptable, energetic approach.
- Can manage complex cases and find solutions to difficult situations.
- Works collaboratively and communicates effectively.
- One to two years of experience in a comparable position.
