Description
- Organize and prepare medical records for physicians
- Maintain accurate patient histories and health information
- Complete medical data entry and related documentation
- Review basic laboratory results and screening procedures
- Comply with HIPAA, Joint Commission, and facility policies
- Handle administrative and clerical support for physicians
Requirements
- Bilingual English and Spanish candidate with healthcare or medical translation experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Reliable and attentive to detail
- Availability Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM CST
- Laptop or desktop computer with an i5 or better processor
- At least 8GB of RAM
- Internet connection with speeds of 35 Mbps or higher
- Noise-canceling headset
