- Prepare and organize medical records for physicians
- Update patient histories and health information
- Enter medical data accurately and maintain documentation
- Review basic lab results and screening procedures
- Follow HIPAA, Joint Commission, and facility policies
- Handle administrative and clerical tasks for physicians
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency with healthcare or medical translation experience
- Strong English skills and communication abilities
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Availability Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM CST
- Laptop or desktop with an i5 or better processor and 8 GB of RAM
- Internet connection with speeds of at least 35 Mbps
