Description
- Prepare and organize medical records for physicians
- Maintain patient histories and health information
- Enter medical data and document information accurately
- Review basic lab results and screening procedures
- Comply with HIPAA, Joint Commission, and facility policies
- Assist physicians with administrative and clerical duties
Requirements
- Bilingual ability and experience translating healthcare or medical content
- Strong English skills and clear communication
- Careful, detail-oriented, and reliable work habits
- Availability Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM CST
- Laptop or desktop computer with an i5 or better processor
- At least 8 GB of RAM
- Internet connection with speeds of at least 35 Mbps
