Description
- Prepare and organize medical records for physicians
- Update patient histories and health information
- Enter medical data and maintain accurate documentation
- Review basic lab results and screening procedures
- Follow HIPAA, Joint Commission, and facility policies
- Provide physicians with administrative and clerical support
Requirements
- Bilingual skills and experience with healthcare or medical translation
- Strong English skills and communication ability
- Careful, detail-focused, and reliable work habits
- Availability Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM CST
- Laptop or desktop computer with an i5 or better processor and 8 GB of RAM
- Internet connection with speeds of at least 35 Mbps
- Noise-canceling headset, webcam, and dedicated workspace
- Experience in healthcare, hospitals, medical translation, or medical documentation
