Description
- Build and maintain innovative, customer-focused software that is high-performing, secure, and resilient.
- Develop complex software, scripts, and tools within a feature team.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and business analysts across the platform.
- Deliver complex, business-critical software quickly and to a high standard.
- Contribute to permanent teams managing the complete software lifecycle, from development and enhancement through maintenance, replacement, or decommissioning.
- Help improve the effectiveness of software engineering practices.
- Design, develop, test, and implement production-ready code.
- Contribute across requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and operations.
Requirements
- Professional background in software engineering, software design, and architecture.
- Understand how your area of expertise supports customers.
- Bring at least 7 years of hands-on experience developing, enhancing, and delivering enterprise-grade applications.
- Have hands-on experience with AI-enabled software engineering, including prompt engineering, MCP, AI agent architectures, RAG, and RESTful API integration.
- Demonstrate strong experience designing, developing, and deploying scalable microservices and distributed applications with Java/J2EE and cloud-native architecture patterns.
- Understand cloud engineering, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
- Have experience with containerization, observability, automated testing, and CI/CD toolchains.
