- Manage a portfolio of local and multinational global companies as their relationship banker
- Identify opportunities to expand business
- Promote transaction banking solutions that improve clients’ operations
- Lead negotiations and renewals of financial products
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least five years of financial-sector experience serving corporate or multinational clients in commercial or transaction banking roles
- Knowledge of transaction banking products, including cash management, payments, and commercial financing
- Ability to assess client risk and profitability
- Experience negotiating and reviewing commercial legal documentation
- Proficiency with CRM systems and commercial management tools
- Strategic perspective and strong customer focus
- Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
