Description

  • Design, build, deploy, and maintain applications.
  • Deliver high-quality code with clear documentation.
  • Shape service architecture for resilience, scale, and reliability using Domain-Driven Design.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor fellow engineers.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop finance products.
  • Help discover product needs, make technical choices, and deliver released solutions.
  • Track production performance and continuously improve quality.
  • Develop and operate customer features or scalable platform foundations.
  • Share expertise and help set engineering practices through the Backend Guild.

Requirements

  • Experience building products for end users.
  • Familiarity with architectural patterns used in large-scale web applications.
  • A pragmatic, product-minded approach to solving problems.
  • Motivation to solve problems and deliver value to customers.
  • Sound practices for code quality, testing, and code review.
  • Clear communicator who can work effectively with non-technical colleagues.
  • Fluent in English.
