Description

  • Develop platform-specific content for X, Telegram, and other social channels to expand Kraken Pro’s reach
  • Spot timely trends and reactive opportunities across crypto-focused communities, then turn them into brand-aligned content
  • Build relationships with the Kraken Pro community through replies, quote posts, polls, memes, and substantive discussions
  • Create and manage an ongoing social media content calendar
  • Draft, approve, schedule, publish, and evaluate social posts
  • Turn product updates and ecosystem developments into clear, engaging stories
  • Measure audience growth and channel performance, using insights and testing to improve results
  • Collaborate with Legal and Communications to maintain accurate, compliant, and regionally aligned messaging

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in social media or content, preferably in fintech, cryptocurrency, or trading
  • A portfolio demonstrating successful social posts for a brand, personal account, or account managed by the candidate
  • Ability to act quickly and perform effectively under pressure
  • Strong proficiency with AI tools and workflows
  • Ability to produce copy, memes, short-form video, charts, and social threads
  • Comfort managing fast-moving social channels
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Creative approach combined with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to create visually engaging content by briefing designers or using tools such as Figma and CapCut
  • Ability to collaborate responsibly with Legal and Communications on accurate, compliant, and aligned messaging
