Senior Product Designer – Pune Hybrid
Lead product design for AI-powered experiences within Onit’s enterprise legal operations platform. Own complex SaaS workflows from discovery through delivery while partnering closely with product and engineering.
Description
- Translate complex workflows into clear, intuitive user experiences
- Partner closely with product and engineering teams
- Help advance and maintain the design system
- Apply design systems, established patterns, and accessibility practices to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences
- Create AI-native and automation-led product experiences
- Build rapid prototypes to validate concepts and support engineering alignment
- Explain design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Help improve design processes, tools, and standards through active participation and feedback
- Create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across products and initiatives
- Own substantial areas of the product experience from initial discovery through execution
- Contribute to wider design strategy and standards
- Use research and data to improve design quality through collaboration, critique, and example
- Shape product direction while addressing complex user experience challenges
Requirements
- Bring 5–8 or more years of experience designing complex SaaS or enterprise products
- Demonstrate strong interaction design skills and systems thinking
- Have experience creating data-dense interfaces and multi-state workflows
- Be comfortable designing AI-focused or automation-based experiences
- Have experience developing and maintaining design systems; accessibility experience is an advantage
- Prioritize clarity, quality, and delivery over perfection
- Take strong ownership while working with humility
- Explain design decisions clearly and defend them thoughtfully
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related discipline, or have equivalent professional experience
- Use modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Lovable, Cursor, or v0
- Understand enterprise software development workflows
