Description

  • Lead finance across multiple electrical power transmission project portfolios in North America.
  • Work with project management, operations, commercial teams, factories, and customer-facing groups to support execution and financial results.
  • Improve portfolio profitability, margins, cash generation, and working capital.
  • Run portfolio financial reviews covering forecasts, budgets, risks, opportunities, and action plans.
  • Consolidate and strengthen project and portfolio forecasts.
  • Guide operational decisions, portfolio priorities, and performance improvement with financial analysis and business insight.
  • Work with factories and execution teams to improve cost control, schedules, and delivery.
  • Improve billing milestones, collections, claims handling, and cash conversion.
  • Assess portfolio risks and opportunities and raise them when needed.
  • Reinforce financial discipline, compliance, governance, and consistent processes.
  • Guide and coach Projects Finance Leaders and project finance teams.
  • Improve project reviews, reporting quality, forecast accuracy, and portfolio performance management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, or a closely related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of experience in project finance, operations finance, or business finance leadership.
  • Strong grasp of project financial management, including profitability, revenue recognition, cost control, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital.
  • Experience supporting large, complex projects or portfolios.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, forecasting, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across functions in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong communication skills and effectiveness with senior business, operations, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Experience in industrial, infrastructure, energy, or other project-based businesses is preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must successfully complete a drug screen, where applicable.
