Description

  • Create polished digital assets for social media, websites, email, and paid advertising.
  • Maintain and develop a consistent visual identity across platforms.
  • Improve the brand’s design systems as it grows.
  • Develop layouts and assets for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
  • Work with the team to shape ideas and produce engaging visual stories.
  • Suggest design improvements and offer constructive feedback.
  • Edit videos at a basic level and adapt content to platform specifications.
  • Prepare assets for web and mobile use.
  • Review work and fix design inconsistencies or errors before final approval.
  • Keep up with developments in design and social media.

Requirements

  • At least three years of graphic design experience, ideally with an e-commerce or consumer brand.
  • Proficiency with Canva.
  • Ability to use AI tools to enhance designs and support additional creative work.
  • Experience creating designs for social media, web, email, and performance marketing.
  • A strong portfolio featuring modern, conversion-focused design.
  • Ability to perform basic video editing with tools such as CapCut or Canva.
  • Strong attention to detail, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to take responsibility for design quality and make independent creative decisions with limited art direction.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while working remotely.
  • Experience with parenting, lifestyle, or direct-to-consumer brands is a plus.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics or advanced video editing tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo and Shopify is a plus.
  • Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, dedicated remote workspace.
  • Currently living in the Philippines and legally authorized to work there.
