Description

  • Design and develop the next generation of Clear Street Active, a high-performance platform for active traders
  • Combine real-time market data, low-latency execution workflows, and advanced trading tools in a fast, responsive web interface
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on large-scale initiatives
  • Deliver high-impact solutions that help shape Clear Street’s prime brokerage experience
  • Work with engineers and colleagues from varied professional backgrounds
  • Help advance a platform used by institutional clients across the financial industry

Requirements

  • Bring at least four years of professional experience developing web applications
  • Have three or more years of experience with modern web technologies and a track record of success at Senior Engineer level or above
  • Demonstrate expert-level ability to build and maintain high-performance, scalable applications with TypeScript, React, TanStack, and Tailwind
  • Make end-user experience a priority when designing APIs, functionality, and performance
  • Apply a strong understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
  • Care about delivering an excellent developer experience through effective tooling, strong performance, and maintainable systems
