Description

Operate and support customer NetScaler/ADC environments
Deliver reliable, secure, high-quality infrastructure services
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Terraform and Azure DevOps
Expand and improve existing Infrastructure-as-Code practices
Optimize customer environments for stability, performance, security, and automation
Investigate and resolve complex technical incidents
Assist with incident, change, and technical escalation processes
Lead small and medium-sized service projects from technical design through implementation
Advise customers technically and act as a key technical contact
Create and maintain accurate technical documentation
Share expertise and support team development

Requirements

Several years of experience operating and evolving complex IT infrastructures in service or project environments
Solid knowledge of Citrix NetScaler/ADC
Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Ansible, Git, or CI/CD is advantageous
Interest in emerging technologies and confidence learning new technical domains independently
Strong customer and service focus
Effective team collaboration skills
Structured, self-directed working style
Professional and confident communication with customers and colleagues
Very good written and spoken German
Good written and spoken English
