Description

  • Lead Clair implementations from requirements gathering and configuration through production go-live.
  • Configure the platform to match each client’s requirements and operating processes.
  • Create and deploy digital workflows for contract management, data protection, compliance, and litigation.
  • Review existing legal processes to identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and greater efficiency.
  • Evaluate client legal operations and design solutions that support future needs.
  • Advise legal departments on better ways of working and assist with change management.
  • Convert business requirements into scalable, sustainable digital processes.
  • Collect requirements and customer feedback for structured input into Clair’s ongoing development.
  • Collaborate with the development team while representing client needs throughout product development.
  • Develop lasting client relationships and help users adopt new processes.
  • Provide training and ongoing support after go-live.

Requirements

  • Completed law degree, preferably with a background in business law, data protection, compliance, or Legal Operations.
  • Professional experience in a legal department, law firm, consulting, or Legal Tech environment.
  • Strong interest in digital business processes and technology-enabled solutions.
  • Analytical, organized working style combined with strong consulting abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for client engagements.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20–30%.
