- Lead client projects independently from initial planning through implementation

Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an insurance specialist or a relevant degree in business administration, business information systems, insurance and risk, industrial engineering, or a comparable insurance-focused program
- 3–5 years of project management experience in the insurance sector
- Experience in management consulting or with an insurance company is preferred
- Knowledge of business process management, digitalization, workflow and input management, Lean Management, or process optimization is preferred
- Practical experience with insurance processes and implementing complex workflows efficiently and sustainably
- Lean Six Sigma or other operational excellence and process management certifications are advantageous
- Independent work style with strong organization and initiative
- Empathy and the ability to advise clients as a trusted partner
- Creative, solution-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel to client sites
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools for project management and presentations
