Senior Infor M3 CloudSuite Integration Architect
Design and deliver Infor M3 CloudSuite integrations for Columbus, a global digital consultancy. Work across APIs, event-driven workflows, testing, deployment, and technical documentation.
Description
- Assess integration needs with business consultants, client stakeholders, and technical teams
- Design, build, configure, test, and deploy integrations between Infor M3 CloudSuite and internal or external systems
- Create integration solutions with Infor ION, API Gateway, and M3 APIs
- Build and maintain API, event-driven, messaging, and batch integrations
- Develop and maintain data transformation, mapping, validation, and error-handling components
- Get the Technology Solution Architect’s review and approval of technical integration approaches before development begins
- Resolve questions about functional specifications with Business Consultants
- Escalate proposed changes to approved integration architecture or technical approaches
- Create and run unit and integration tests, including end-to-end data-flow validation
- Investigate integration defects, API errors, failed transactions, performance problems, and inconsistent data
- Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, go-live, and post-launch stabilization
- Set up monitoring, logging, error handling, and recovery mechanisms
- Work with technical and functional teams to resolve issues across connected systems
- Create and maintain technical specifications, integration mappings, deployment documentation, and support procedures
- Take part in integration design workshops, technical planning, estimation, and sprint work
- Coordinate integration dependencies across functional workstreams, third-party vendors, and client technical teams
- Follow solution architecture, development standards, security requirements, and change management procedures
- Identify integration risks, technical constraints, and dependencies early in the project
- Transfer technical knowledge to client support and development teams
Requirements
- At least 7 years of consulting experience with Infor M3, including multiple finance-related implementation, upgrade, or optimization engagements
- At least 7 years of ERP technical consulting or integration development experience, including substantial hands-on work with Infor M3 CloudSuite
- Completed at least three full lifecycle implementations on Infor M3
- Experience with Infor ION, Infor API Gateway, and Infor M3 APIs or MI Transactions
- Strong knowledge of BOD structures, publishing, subscriptions, event-driven messaging, and integration patterns in Infor OS
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting ION Connectors for database, file-based, and web-service integration patterns
- Strong experience with API integration patterns, JSON, XML, HTTP/S, authentication, and related standards
- Experience with SQL, data mapping, transformation logic, extraction, validation, and integration data processing
- Practical knowledge of integration security, service accounts, authorization, connectivity, and deployment configuration
- Willingness to travel up to 30% to serve clients
- Preferred: Knowledge of Infor M3 CloudSuite environment architecture, configuration, and administration
- Preferred: Experience with environment provisioning, refreshes, tenant configuration, and release management
- Preferred: Knowledge of Infor CloudSuite infrastructure, network connectivity, certificates, authentication, and security configuration
- Preferred: Experience with technical cutover and production readiness activities
- Preferred: Experience with Infor EDI solutions, including Infor Enterprise Collaborator (IEC)
- Preferred: Knowledge of ANSI X12 and EDIFACT
- Preferred: Experience integrating with customers, suppliers, logistics providers, and external trading partners
- Preferred: Experience with M3 H5 SDK, H5 scripting, and personalization
- Preferred: Experience developing Infor M3 XtendM3 extensions
- Preferred: Experience with Infor OS App Designer, ION Workflow, and related application automation capabilities
- Preferred: Experience integrating and configuring Infor Document Management (IDM)
- Preferred: Experience with Infor Data Lake, Data Fabric, and data extraction or replication technologies
- Preferred: M3-related Java development, scripting, SQL, or other relevant programming experience
- Preferred: Knowledge of Infor M3 database structures, business logic, and data models
- Preferred: Experience with migration utilities, technical data conversion, or integration-related cutover activities
