Senior GTM Analytics Engineer – Mexico Remote
Motive is hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer to develop GTM data products for businesses managing physical operations. The role owns data pipelines, metrics, dashboards, semantic models, and AI-ready tools for querying business data.
Description
- Own the GTM data roadmap and deliver scalable, durable data products
- Develop and maintain pipelines and marts that support company-wide GTM metrics, including headcount, quota attainment, and pipeline performance
- Create dependable dashboards that monitor core metrics and provide insights across the company
- Partner with GTM analysts to train and enable them on datasets and data tools
- Create clear documentation and tutorials
- Contribute across the analytics stack, from ad hoc analysis and reporting through pipeline architecture
- Develop semantic models and evaluate AI tools that allow sales operators to query business data in natural language
- Apply AI-assisted development tools while keeping code, models, and documentation clean and maintainable
- Explain complex data concepts through technical specifications, dashboards, and presentations to align teams on metrics and definitions
- Report to the Director of Business Intelligence within a centralized global analytics and data engineering team
Requirements
- At least seven years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or analytics engineering
- Advanced expertise in data modeling and data warehouse design
- Expert-level SQL proficiency
- Experience with columnar analytics databases such as Snowflake and BigQuery
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce data models and other GTM systems
- Experience using dbt and Git
- Experience with business intelligence tools
- Background collaborating with sales, sales operations, sales compensation, and finance teams
- Experience building AI-powered data tooling, including semantic models, context management systems, and evaluations
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage projects independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with business executives and engineers and translate between both groups at the individual-contributor and senior-stakeholder levels
- Authorization to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations; direct Hex experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
