Senior Family Law Attorney – Denver Hybrid
Represent clients in divorce, custody, and support matters as a senior family law attorney with Modern Family Law. The role includes litigation, legal drafting, depositions, mediation, and court appearances.
Description
- Manage diverse family law matters involving divorce, custody, and child or spousal support
- Maintain direct communication with clients throughout their cases
- Prepare and review legal documents
- Conduct depositions, attend court proceedings, and participate in mediations
- Balance competing responsibilities in a high-volume, deadline-sensitive practice
- Partner effectively with colleagues in a collaborative team environment
- Build and apply advanced litigation capabilities

Requirements
- At least four years of experience practicing family law
- Family law experience is preferred, though litigation attorneys interested in entering family law are welcome to apply
- Current admission to the Colorado State Bar
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, supported by careful attention to detail
- Capacity to prioritize competing demands while maintaining a client-centered approach
- Ability to carry out assigned responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation
