- Work with engineering and business teams to turn requirements into reliable data solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex data processing issues and prevent pipeline bottlenecks.
- Apply best practices for data quality, governance, and system performance.
Requirements
- Bring 5–7 years of hands-on data engineering experience building production-ready solutions.
- Demonstrate strong PySpark skills.
- Have substantial hands-on experience with Databricks.
- Know Databricks AutoLoader at an advanced level.
- Have advanced Python knowledge.
- Understand best practices, performance tuning, and compute cost optimization.
- Have a deep understanding of end-to-end ETL processes.
- Be experienced in complex data transformations and pipeline optimization.
- Use strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and business audiences.
- Currently reside in Latin America.
