- Create and deliver strategic business development and marketing plans
- Connect colleagues and teams to coordinate business development activity
- Conduct research, analysis, and reporting to uncover prospects and strengthen client relationships
- Help execute market marketing strategy with an emphasis on measurable results
- Build knowledge of the client base and support new business identification, pursuit, and conversion
- Contribute to local pitches, proposals, biographies, and directory submissions
- Coordinate with European client programs and events teams on events and industry sponsorships
- Coordinate with public relations and social media teams
- Work with Brand & Communications on publicity and coverage for successful matters, initiatives, and products
- Contribute collaboratively to cross-functional strategic projects
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken Italian and English communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with partners, attorneys, and business services teams

- Proven ability to manage competing priorities efficiently

- Business development experience in professional services, such as legal or consulting firms
