Description

  • Advise clients on complex business challenges and deliver practical solutions.
  • Build client relationships through high-quality project delivery.
  • Develop business and community connections as a Protiviti market ambassador.
  • Train and mentor Consultants and Senior Consultants.
  • Coordinate project plans through successful completion.
  • Design and deliver secure, resilient, scalable cloud platforms with AWS, EKS, Infrastructure as Code, and modern DevOps practices.
  • Work with client stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, and executives to advance cloud adoption and business outcomes.
  • Lead cloud platform assessments, modernization, containerization, migration, and operational transformation engagements.
  • Contribute to business development, solution design, and thought leadership across the cloud ecosystem.
  • Lead the architecture, implementation, and operation of AWS cloud platforms.
  • Design and operate enterprise Kubernetes environments on Amazon EKS.
  • Create cloud-native architectures for high availability, resilience, and scale.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
  • Set up CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
  • Develop observability with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
  • Design cloud environments to meet security and compliance standards.
  • Improve cloud performance, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Provide technical direction across client engagements and delivery teams.
  • Coach cloud engineers and architects.
  • Contribute to proposals, solution architecture, and business development opportunities.
  • Work with delivery engineers and architects to ground proposed solutions in implementation experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as management information systems, information systems, or computer science.
  • At least five years of experience in professional services.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification required.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification preferred.
  • AWS Certified Security – Specialty certification preferred.
  • Experience designing and implementing modern AWS cloud solutions.
  • Interest in AWS trends and developments.
  • Interest in project management and team leadership.
  • Ability to build client relationships and deliver strong client experiences.
  • Ability to develop client proposals and strategies to win new business.
  • Ability to serve clients across a diverse range of industries.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to engineers, architects, business stakeholders, and senior technology leaders.
  • Consulting skills including active listening, structured problem-solving, professional communication, clear documentation, and accountability for commitments.
  • Successful completion of a background check is required for employment.
