Description

  • Edit and repurpose existing videos, including compilations and Shorts, in Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Review titles, descriptions, tags, and AI-generated metadata for accuracy, quality, and SEO.
  • Create thumbnails using established brand templates and visual standards.
  • Upload, schedule, and publish videos through YouTube Studio and internal tools.
  • Check that published content meets brand standards and family-safe guidelines.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Follow publishing workflows, naming conventions, and export settings.
  • Pay close attention to detail throughout production and publishing.
  • Check content quality, accuracy, and brand consistency before publication.
  • Use judgment to improve hooks, titles, and thumbnails for content performance.
  • Work with global teams across time zones.
  • Report to the Content Operations Manager or Channel Director.

Requirements

  • At least one year of practical experience managing YouTube content and channel operations.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is required.
  • A strong eye for compelling hooks, titles, and thumbnails for family audiences.
  • Ability to follow and maintain precise publishing specifications across multiple channels.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Careful attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered content creation and productivity tools.
  • Experience with Airtable, Notion, or similar project management platforms.
  • Experience with Kids, Family, Educational, or Animation content is a plus.
  • Familiarity with YouTube’s Made for Kids classification and COPPA compliance is a plus.
  • Some familiarity with YouTube Studio is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
