Remote Video Content Creator at LANDR

Description

  • Produce and appear in short-form vertical videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
  • Develop and appear in longer video walkthroughs
  • Propose video concepts informed by music and pop-culture trends, sounds, releases, and artist discussions
  • Write or refine concise, accessible scripts and platform-specific hooks
  • Coordinate with social, design, and video teams on production planning and editing feedback
  • Assess content results with LANDR’s Organic team and apply insights to future videos
  • Track emerging platform formats and trends, then recommend ideas for testing

Requirements

  • Demonstrated on-camera work as a creator, host, or presenter, supported by a portfolio or channel
  • A confident, natural on-camera presence that captures attention within the first three seconds
  • Practical understanding of music production and today’s artist workflow, including DAWs, mixing and mastering fundamentals, and independent releases
  • Strong knowledge of pop culture and the content that connects with young music creators
  • Fluency in TikTok and Instagram Reels conventions, including hooks, pacing, trends, and retention strategies
  • Skill in explaining technical concepts clearly without oversimplifying them
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Ability to submit a 30–45-second vertical test video in English
