Description
- Oversee and expand NoGigiddy’s social media presence across major platforms
- Develop, schedule, and publish daily content, including captions, graphics, and short-form videos
- Build community engagement by replying to comments, direct messages, and mentions in the brand voice
- Follow platform trends and algorithm updates, adjusting the social strategy as needed
- Partner with content and design colleagues on campaigns and product launches
- Measure reach, engagement, follower gains, and click-throughs, then deliver weekly performance reports
- Discover and pursue opportunities to collaborate with influencers and content creators
Requirements
- A degree is not required
- Demonstrated experience running social media accounts, whether personal or professional
- Strong copywriting ability and a talent for creating engaging captions
- Working knowledge of scheduling platforms such as Buffer, Later, or comparable tools
- Ability to produce basic visual assets using Canva or a similar application
- Uses performance data to identify effective approaches and scale them
- Dependable and consistent in maintaining an active social presence
