Remote CFD Engineer and AI Trainer — Germany
Train and assess AI agents on advanced fluid simulation tasks, using CAD geometry to create verified solutions and Python-based checks. Part-time remote project work in active phases is estimated at 10–20 hours per week.

- Train and assess AI agents on advanced fluid simulation tasks
- Set up and run simulations using CAD geometry
- Develop verified reference solutions
- Write Python checks to evaluate AI agent results

Requirements
- Degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering, or a related field such as energy or oil and gas
- Several years of practical CFD experience in industry or research using OpenFOAM, ANSYS Fluent/CFX, or STAR-CCM+, including meshing
- Strong verification and validation skills, including mesh-independence studies and comparisons with experiments or benchmarks
- Proficiency with Python and GitHub
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Preferred: experience in aerospace, automotive, offshore, or turbomachinery
- Preferred: experience with multiphase or particle-laden flows
