Remote BI Analyst at Jabil
Jabil is seeking a remote BI Analyst in the United States to turn complex data into actionable business insight. The role focuses on dashboards, SQL, ETL, trend analysis, and supporting data-informed decisions across business units.
Description
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations with business intelligence tools
- Partner with stakeholders to define business needs and convert them into technical requirements
- Extract, transform, and load information from databases, data warehouses, APIs, and other sources
- Analyze data in depth to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Turn analytical findings into clear, practical recommendations
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval, transformation, and reporting
- Help implement and maintain data governance policies and processes
- Train end users and provide ongoing support for BI tools and reporting solutions
- Keep current with evolving business intelligence practices and data analytics technologies
Requirements
- Proficiency with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense
- Background creating and maintaining interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
- Ability to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Experience performing ETL across databases, data warehouses, and APIs
- Strong analytical ability to detect trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Experience developing and optimizing SQL queries
- Understanding of data governance policies and procedures
- Ability to train users and support adoption of BI tools and reports
- Awareness of current practices and emerging technologies in business intelligence and data analytics
