Independent commercial agent responsible for building a short-term rental property portfolio for ALB Conciergerie. The role covers owner prospecting, mandate agreements, and coordination of local operations.
Description
- Develop a local portfolio of properties for short-term rental management
- Find and approach prospective property owners
- Build confidence with owners and secure property management mandates
- Negotiate and execute property management agreements
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance partners
- Maintain relationships with property owners and guests
- Expand the client base to create recurring monthly revenue
- Plan your workload independently across remote and field-based activities
- Optionally sponsor and recruit City Managers, earning commissions from their activity
Requirements
- Able to persuade property owners and establish trusted relationships
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome but not essential
- Strong personal motivation
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own activity
- Interested in developing a long-term source of recurring income
