RBT Recruiter - Philippines (Remote)
Remote contract recruiter based in the Philippines, hiring Registered Behavior Technicians for US ABA clinics. Manage candidate screening, follow-ups, ATS updates, and interview coordination.
Description
- Review and maintain complete, accurate profiles for new candidates each day
- Match candidates with clinic openings based on location, commute, availability, and certification
- Screen candidates through phone, text, and email conversations
- Re-engage inactive candidates and provide interview reminders and post-interview follow-ups
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clinics
- Keep candidate statuses current in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Identify clinic roles that remain unfilled and explain the underlying issues
- Manage the candidate pool independently each day
- Reach out to new candidates within one business day
- Manage interview scheduling, attendance confirmations, and follow-up communications from start to finish
Requirements
- At least one year of recruiting, sourcing, or staffing experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
- Clear, personable spoken and written English for communicating with US candidates
- Consistent and disciplined follow-up practices
- Accurate record-keeping skills
- Reliable internet access, a laptop, headset, and webcam
- Availability from 1 AM to 9 AM PST (1 PM to 9 PM ET)
- Experience recruiting for US healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA organizations is preferred
- Familiarity with Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles is preferred
- Experience working with a US-based team is preferred
