Description

  • Act as the primary liaison between business and IT, maintaining strategic alignment and high-quality delivery of business requests
  • Oversee technology projects and initiatives from requirements definition through implementation
  • Direct IT Governance activities to uphold corporate policies, processes, and controls
  • Support initiatives involving SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP GRC, and SAP AMS
  • Manage risk, compliance, ITGC audits, access administration, and internal controls
  • Coordinate vendors, track service-level agreements, and maintain delivery standards
  • Assess and prioritize business requests to improve the stakeholder experience
  • Contribute to the implementation and ongoing development of digital products and corporate platforms
  • Track requests, incidents, and projects through ServiceNow and Azure DevOps
  • Support regulatory initiatives involving tax processes and requirements
  • Collaborate across functions in an agile setting and lead strategic discussions
  • Define requirements, manage requests, and assist with implementing platform-based digital products

Requirements

  • Background as a Business Partner or Project Consultant
  • Experience overseeing technology projects and coordinating business requests
  • Working knowledge of IT Governance, compliance, internal controls, and risk management
  • Experience with SAP environments, especially SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP GRC, and SAP AMS
  • Knowledge of ITGC audits, access management, and corporate controls
  • Experience coordinating vendors, monitoring SLAs, and maintaining delivery quality
  • Experience collecting, prioritizing, and tracking business requests
  • Knowledge of agile methods and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Experience using ServiceNow and Azure DevOps
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship-management abilities
  • Experience contributing to digital transformation projects
  • Experience with regulatory processes and tax requirements
  • Certifications in Agile, Scrum, PMO, ITIL, or IT Governance
  • Experience in medium-sized and large corporate organizations
  • Strong analytical ability and a broad understanding of systems
  • Collaborative, delivery-focused approach
  • Proactive problem-solving style
  • Ability to influence and engage varied teams
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and focus on delivery quality
  • ITIL or COBIT certification
