Description

  • Own and develop the design system to support consistent, high-quality product experiences.
  • Create decision frameworks and practical guidance for product managers making design decisions.
  • Review product managers’ design work and provide feedback.
  • Create and maintain design system documentation that AI tools can interpret.
  • Keep up with design trends, tools, and AI-assisted design practices.
  • Work with Product and Engineering from early discovery through development.
  • Turn unclear problems and business needs into clear, testable designs.
  • Explain design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including company leaders.
  • Mentor designers and contribute to improving team processes.
  • Set the product area’s design vision and align it with the company’s design strategy.
  • Design complete workflows for complex, multi-step financial tasks.
  • Make data-dense interfaces easier to use while maintaining compliance and accuracy.
  • Build trust and transparency into automated decisions and workflows that include human review.
  • Conduct or support user research, usability testing, and interviews.
  • Bring the user’s perspective to roadmap and prioritization discussions.
  • Learn about construction industry challenges and connect with users from varied backgrounds.

Requirements

  • Motivated to build high-quality software for construction accounting.
  • Empathetic and committed to advocating for customers.
  • At least five years of product or UX design experience on a B2B product.
  • Experience with Figma or other design tools.
  • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
  • Finvari cannot sponsor employment-based visas, including H-1B.
