Product Content Creator and Brand Presenter (Remote, Philippines)

Create UGC, software demonstrations, tutorials, webinars, and educational content that build product understanding and brand engagement with a US audience.

Description

  • Develop short- and long-form content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and additional channels
  • Produce UGC-style videos, product demonstrations, hooks, testimonials, paid advertising creatives, and educational social content
  • Serve as a recognizable, public-facing voice and on-camera representative for the product
  • Create product tutorials, 30–90-second feature walkthroughs, and onboarding videos
  • Share tips, best practices, use cases, and feature launches
  • Explain product features clearly while staying current with updates to ensure accuracy
  • Host webinars, live product demonstrations, and workshops
  • Deliver slide-based presentations at community sessions and public events
  • Interact with users live and collect their feedback
  • Contribute to growth through consistent UGC, advertising creative, product tutorials, educational content, and live sessions

Requirements

  • Demonstrated comfort speaking on camera
  • Strong spoken English skills
  • Ability to communicate naturally with a US audience
  • Confidence as a public speaker and presenter
  • Ability to create content naturally without scripting every sentence
  • Comfort demonstrating software and digital products
  • Basic video recording and editing capabilities
  • Ability to independently set up cameras, lighting, and audio
  • Availability for full working-hours overlap with the client’s time zone
  • Experience in one or more of UGC, SaaS content, product marketing, video content, social media, webinars, presenting, teaching, community building, product education, or paid advertising creative is strongly preferred
  • Experience producing content for a US audience is especially valuable
