P&C Subrogation and Arbitration Claims Executive
Manage property and casualty insurance subrogation claims in Noida, preparing recovery documentation and tracking claim updates. Support arbitration submissions and coordinate with insurers, adjusters, collection agencies, and attorneys.
Description
- Prepare claims with the required documents and evidence throughout the subrogation lifecycle.
- Send detailed claim status updates by email and letter.
- Submit files for arbitration when damage analysis indicates it is needed.
- Coordinate and document regular case updates with external collection agencies and attorneys as needed.
- Communicate regularly with the insured, Copart, the claim adjuster, and other involved parties.
Requirements
- Graduate with higher education and 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Have 0–18 months of experience in the property and casualty insurance domain.
- Experience supporting subrogation, arbitration, claim intake, setup, assignment, and processing.
- Analyze documents and emails to assess whether evidence supports recovery from a third party.
- Collect and upload supporting documents for subrogation claims.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Write clear, effective documentation.
- Navigate computer systems and type proficiently.
