Paid Advertising Content Creator — Hybrid London

Description

  • Create high-quality video assets for SURI’s digital advertising channels
  • Partner with the digital advertising and content strategy teams
  • Develop, film, and edit engaging videos for paid campaigns
  • Track social media developments, especially on TikTok and Instagram, and apply relevant insights to content planning
  • Produce multiple hooks and rapid creative iterations to improve campaign performance
  • Manage and make effective use of home studio equipment
  • Build a practical mini studio at SURI’s headquarters
  • Work with marketing and creative colleagues to support brand messaging and campaign objectives
  • Assist with reviewing content performance data to guide future creative decisions

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience creating video specifically for social media platforms
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary digital aesthetics and viral video formats
  • Hands-on ability to run studio productions, including lighting, audio, and camera operation
  • Highly creative, efficient, adaptable, and well organised
  • Strong communication and collaborative working skills
  • Proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or comparable software, plus experience working with video editors
  • Background in awareness and direct-response advertising, as well as e-commerce marketing
  • Willingness to appear on camera when required, including showing only your hands
  • Professional experience in beauty, health and wellness, personal care, or lifestyle
