Onsite Merchandiser and Order Writer – Hillsboro, Oregon
Represent Mondelēz International in Hillsboro-area stores by ordering, stocking, and merchandising snack products. Maintain displays, support launches, and share store insights while working with retail teams.
Description
- Represent Mondelēz International in stores with a professional, positive approach and a commitment to high standards
- Provide excellent service to store teams and shoppers as the company’s in-store representative
- Complete scheduled store visits according to Mondelēz DSD merchandising standards and capture display photos through DMI
- Develop working relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store staff
- Use an iPad and Salesforce to order products and keep shelves and displays stocked
- Set up promotional displays and follow store plans negotiated by the RTM
- Work according to the daily schedule and priorities established by the RTM
- Assist with seasonal selling periods, product introductions, and prominent merchandising events
- Report store-level observations, problems, and opportunities to the RTM and management
- Lift, bend, and transport products while stocking shelves and moving inventory from stock rooms to sales floors
- Merchandise Mondelēz snack brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Positive, professional, self-directed, and capable of working independently
- Able to drive a personally owned, properly insured vehicle to multiple store locations
- Able to repeatedly lift, bend, and carry loads weighing up to 25 pounds
- Able to occasionally push and pull more than 50 pounds
- Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus
- Reside within 25–35 miles of the primary Hillsboro, Oregon location
- Available to work either Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday schedules
- Available to begin at 6:00 AM and work holidays when needed
