Aevium

Aevium is a consulting and technology execution company that helps organizations turn AI and modernization priorities into measurable business outcomes. Founded by former CTOs, the company combines AI strategy, engineering, architecture, governance, and business perspective to guide technology decisions and carry them through to implementation.

Its AI Polaris offering helps teams identify and prioritize opportunities, establish governance, and create practical 30-, 60-, and 90-day roadmaps. Aevium also provides AI-augmented Smart Squads: multidisciplinary teams assembled around specific missions, supported by accelerators and delivery governance. This model is designed for organizations that need focused execution capacity rather than conventional staff augmentation.

Aevium works with complex, regulated, and legacy environments across sectors including fintech, healthtech, digital retail, banking, insurance, SaaS, industry, education, and logistics. Its work includes putting AI agents into production, modernizing technology platforms, and connecting technical delivery to KPIs and business impact. For job seekers, the company offers exposure to strategy and hands-on execution across challenging AI and technology transformation projects.
