.NET Back-End Developer
Build .NET back-end services, APIs, WhatsApp integrations, and workers for Robbu, a digital communications company. Improve SQL Server performance, messaging workflows, and automated testing.
Description
- Build and improve APIs and workers to support quality, performance, and scalability.
- Connect external channels and partners, including Meta/WhatsApp Cloud API and messaging providers, through HTTP and webhooks.
- Create and optimize SQL Server queries and stored procedures for large databases.
- Write and maintain unit and acceptance tests using xUnit and BDD/Gherkin practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and help improve existing solutions.
- Review code and encourage sound development practices.
- Modernize, refactor, and maintain existing systems.
- Share knowledge with teammates and work together to solve technical challenges efficiently.
Requirements
- Strong production experience with C# and .NET, preferably version 6 or later.
- Experience building REST APIs, including defining contracts, versioning, and handling errors.
- Strong SQL Server skills, including data modeling, indexes, execution plan analysis, and stored procedure development.
- Experience with messaging and asynchronous processing, including queues, retry policies, and idempotency.
- Practical experience with automated testing integrated into the development process.
- Experience using Git, pull requests, and code reviews.
- Familiarity with AI tools that support development productivity and quality.
- A bachelor's degree, technology degree, or technical education.
