Localization Producer, Canada (Remote)

Manage global online marketing launches and localized assets for Deluxe, coordinating clients, deadlines, campaign trackers, and production teams.

Description

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders across global teams and functions
  • Lead online marketing campaigns from initial planning through completion
  • Coordinate with global teams and clients to prepare and deliver large-scale online launches
  • Oversee the timely delivery of localized marketing assets
  • Manage client deadlines and expectations while meeting tight turnaround times and SLAs
  • Apply localization industry best practices when making decisions and recommendations
  • Maintain campaign, project, and long-term tracking systems
  • Make independent decisions under pressure and escalate issues or seek guidance when needed
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Track industry trends and best practices to address complex issues

Requirements

  • At least three years of relevant experience in localization or marketing
  • Experience as a Localization Producer or Project Manager in marketing, trailer, entertainment, or gaming is preferred
  • Practical experience setting up, assigning, and tracking large-scale projects
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to manage time, handle multiple projects and tasks, and prioritize competing demands
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and stakeholder expectations
  • Experience managing social media
  • Experience using campaign scheduling tools
  • Experience with backend platform creator suites such as YouTube Creator Studio and Facebook Business Manager
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns
  • Experience with localization platforms, file formats, project management tools, and databases
  • Familiarity with entertainment localization for short-form and marketing content
